Jim Jefferies' team will take on either Hungarian or Norwegian opposition for a place in the play-off stage of the 2011/12 Europa League.
Hearts have been drawn to face Paksi or Tromso**** in the third qualifying round of the 2011/12 Europa League.
Jim Jefferies' side, who were seeded for the draw, are currently scheduled to travel first, with the first leg tie taking place on July 28. The second leg will be held at Tynecastle on August 4.
Tromso hold a slender away goal advantage in their second qualifying round tie, having drawn 1-1 in Hungary on Thursday night.
The Norwegian side are currently second in the Tippeligaen, three points leaders Molde with a game in hand, having played 14 fixtures. Per Mathias Hogmo's side finished third last campaign.
Tromso's last competitive visit to Scotland came in the first round of the 1987/88 Cup Winners' Cup, when they travelled to face St Mirren. Having drawn 0-0 in the away leg, the Paisley club prevailed 1-0 at home to progress.
Paksi meanwhile finished second in last season's Hungarian top flight, missing out on the title to Videoton by five points.
